ABOUT ME
Charlie Halfen retired from UPS (United Parcel Service) as Corporate Fleet Safety Manager in 2007 where he was in charge of crash investigation and auto accident prevention worldwide. Now he spends his time devoted to eliminating auto crashes as a consultant to companies and parents. Charlie has brought his wealth of experience to the Hazard Recognition Driving for Teens DVD to help parents teach one of life's most important skills - safe driving. Charlie is keenly aware of the special issues teen drivers’ face having spent several years as a member of the Georgia Driver's Education Commission dealing with teen driving issues.
